Our Story
Why we started CubeP2P
CubeP2P began after experiencing how expensive traditional storage had become. A storage option that was once affordable had increased significantly over time.
At the same time, many homeowners had garages, rooms and parking areas that were sitting unused. This revealed a simple opportunity: help people who need space connect directly with people who already have it.
CubeP2P was created to make storage easier, more local and more affordable while helping hosts earn income from space they are not using.

Hosts list their space
Property owners can list unused garages, rooms, parking areas, containers or other suitable spaces.

Renters search nearby
Users can browse available spaces, compare prices and view photos and location details.

Book and arrange the move
The host reviews the request and accepted dates are held during the 24-hour secure card-authorisation window. After a verified authorisation, access details unlock and the renter can arrange a separately authorised move with a CubeP2P-approved partner. The first charges are captured only after the recorded service milestone.

Search storage and parking by location, type, size, price and availability; request a space; pay securely; unlock access details; record condition; and arrange moving help when needed.
Hosts
Publish suitable space, control availability and rules, review requests, confirm inventories and inspections, communicate privately and follow rental and payout updates.
Moving partners
Approved independent providers receive detailed requests, propose a price and pickup schedule, communicate privately, receive separate moving payments and keep the shared job status current.
How trust is supported
Clear records, human decisions and private evidence
CubeP2P uses automated assistance to flag missing or inconsistent information, but an authorised administrator makes the final verification, listing and partner decision. A completed review supports informed use of the marketplace; it is not a promise that every person, space or service will be risk-free.

Current service status
CubeP2P is onboarding verified members in South Africa. Paystack Live checkout is available only when the relevant account, accepted booking, host or partner settlement details, and payment-provider readiness checks are complete. A verified card hold is not a captured payment. A checkout marked TEST, QA or sandbox has no live commercial value. Test transactions do not represent live customer payments.
