Use the correct process so CubeP2P can protect your account and provide an accountable response.

Choose the right request
POPIA requests concern your personal information. A PAIA request concerns access to a record held by CubeP2P that you need to exercise or protect a right. A support complaint, booking dispute or payment query should use the Contact page instead.
Correct or update information
Request correction of inaccurate, incomplete, excessive, outdated or misleading personal information.
Object or withdraw consent
Object to processing where POPIA permits or withdraw consent for consent-based processing without affecting earlier lawful use.
Delete or destroy information
Request deletion where CubeP2P is no longer legally entitled or required to retain it. Financial, fraud, safety or dispute records may need to remain.
Request a record under PAIA
Request a record held by CubeP2P that is required to exercise or protect a right, using the prescribed PAIA process.
How to submit
- 1. Use Send a Message and select the privacy or legal enquiry option, or email privacy@cubep2p.com for POPIA/privacy matters and paia@cubep2p.com for PAIA record requests.
- 2. State whether the request is under POPIA or PAIA, which right you want to exercise, the account email and enough detail to locate the information or record.
- 3. Do not send a password, full card number or unnecessary identity document in an ordinary message.
- 4. CubeP2P may request proportionate proof of identity or authority before disclosing or changing protected records.
- 5. CubeP2P will record the request, respond through a protected channel and explain any lawful fee, extension, refusal ground or complaint route that applies.
