How do I find and request storage or parking?+
Search by suburb, city or postcode, compare the photos, price, size, access rules and security details, then open a listing and select Request this space. A request is not confirmed until the host accepts it and any required payment step is complete.
Can I view a space before booking?+
Ask the host in CubeP2P messages. Keep the viewing time, access instructions and any agreed changes in the platform conversation. Do not send money or sensitive documents in ordinary messages.
What should I check before moving items in?+
Confirm the usable size, access hours, stairs or vehicle access, security, moisture risk, notice period and prohibited items. Photograph your items and their condition, prepare an inventory, and make sure you have suitable insurance.
What items are prohibited?+
Never store illegal or stolen goods, weapons or ammunition, explosives, fuel, flammable or toxic chemicals, hazardous waste, living things, perishables, unregistered vehicles, or anything that creates a health, fire or security risk. A host may add reasonable listing-specific restrictions.
How do I arrange collection or delivery?+
Open an accepted storage booking and choose Find a moving partner. Select a verified mover, provide the pickup address, preferred pickup date and time, item quantities and access notes, then request a quote. The partner may propose another available date or time. Review the price and proposed schedule before accepting.
How does the pickup date and time agreement work?+
You provide a preferred pickup date and time with the request. The moving partner can keep it or propose a different available schedule with the quote. Accepting the quote confirms both the price and proposed pickup schedule. If it does not suit you, use the private conversation to agree on a change before accepting.
