Prepare your account
Create one member account, complete your profile and submit the identity evidence requested for administrator review.
Describe the space
Add its real dimensions, price, minimum booking period, access hours, security, restrictions, address and current photographs.
Prove you may list it
Provide suitable ownership, lease or written authority evidence. An administrator may request a clearer or replacement document.
Wait for publication
A draft is private and a submitted listing is not bookable until an authorised administrator approves and publishes it.
Manage each rental
Review requests, wait for a verified card hold or captured payment, complete inventory and condition records, manage access and agree move-out in the booking.
Receive eligible payouts
Submit the host payout account for review. CubeP2P records eligibility, while the approved payment provider controls the transfer. Eligibility depends on confirmed payment, the required rental milestone and no unresolved review or dispute.
Fees and payment status
Creating a listing is free. For each listing, a host can choose Split fee, where the platform fee is shared between the host and renter, or Host absorbs the fee, where the renter sees no separate CubeP2P service fee. The private listing form shows the host's applicable fee and estimated payout before submission.
Each booking request keeps the fee option shown when the request was created. Changing the listing later affects only future requests.
CubeP2P is onboarding verified members in South Africa. Paystack Live checkout is available only when the relevant account, accepted booking, host or partner settlement details, and payment-provider readiness checks are complete. A verified card hold is not a captured payment. A checkout marked TEST, QA or sandbox has no live commercial value. A verified Live card hold can open the handover workflow, but the first charge is captured only after the recorded physical move-in. Do not treat a TEST transaction as customer payment.
What approval means
Approval means CubeP2P reviewed the submitted listing and supporting evidence against the platform requirements. It does not transfer ownership of the space to CubeP2P or remove the host's duty to keep the listing accurate, lawful, safe and available.
Material changes, complaints, expired evidence or a safety concern may return a listing to review or pause it.
