Founding Host eligibility
- • New CubeP2P host with no previous paid CubeP2P booking.
- • Cape Town space with an approved, published listing.
- • Verified identity and host payout account.
- • One of the first 25 eligible hosts whose first accepted booking reaches checkout.
- • One benefit per person, household or business.
How the benefit works
- 1. Get ready. Complete your profile, verification, listing and payout account.
- 2. Accept a suitable request. Review the renter, dates and booking details.
- 3. The renter pays. If a cohort place remains, CubeP2P waives its marketplace fee for the payout from that first eligible cycle.
- 4. Continue hosting. Standard marketplace fees apply afterward and are available in the Terms & Conditions.
Important programme terms
CubeP2P waives its marketplace fee for the first qualifying payout; payment provider charges, taxes and legally required deductions may still apply. The offer applies only to the first eligible paid 30-day booking cycle of the qualifying host's first booking.
A benefit may be cancelled where a booking is fraudulent, duplicated, self-booked, reversed, refunded or created to obtain the promotion unfairly. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Hosts remain responsible for accurate listings, safe access, prohibited-item rules, inspection records, tax obligations and the CubeP2P Terms. Submitting your details does not guarantee a place in the programme.
