Renter

✓Provide accurate identity, booking and stored-item information.
✓Pay the disclosed price through the authorised checkout.
✓Store only lawful, permitted goods and follow access arrangements.
✓Record move-in, access events and move-out condition accurately.
✓Report a problem promptly and preserve relevant evidence.

Host

✓Have the legal right and permission to offer the space.
✓Describe size, condition, security, access, price and restrictions accurately.
✓Keep the space reasonably safe and available for the agreed period.
✓Protect renter information and never use private details outside the booking.
✓Complete handover, inspection and payout-account requirements honestly.

Moving partner

✓Operate as an independent service provider with valid business, vehicle, licence and insurance information where required.
✓Quote accurately and agree the pickup/delivery date and time before payment.
✓Use customer information only to perform the accepted job.
✓Maintain safe handling, status and delivery records.
✓Cooperate with cancellation, damage, refund and safety reviews.

CubeP2P

✓Operate the marketplace, access controls and documented workflows.
✓Show material prices, fees, service status and terms before commitment.
✓Protect personal information using reasonable safeguards and private review access.
✓Use automated checks only as review assistance and require an authorised administrator for final approval decisions.
✓Maintain correction, appeal, support, safety-reporting and audit processes.
✓Never describe an independent provider as a CubeP2P employee or guarantee conduct that CubeP2P does not control.

What review does and does not mean

CubeP2P approval means the submitted information was reviewed against the platform requirements at that time. It does not guarantee a person's future conduct, the condition of every space, insurance cover or the performance of an independent moving provider. Nothing on this page removes a consumer right or liability that South African law does not allow CubeP2P to exclude.
